Refunds and canceling

The free day

After a short guest try, a parent can add a card. The next 24 hours are free. You will not be charged during that window. Cancel before those 24 hours end and there is no charge.

If a charge still appears after you canceled inside that window, email support@talkicorn.com with the receipt. That charge is a mistake, and we will refund it.

The monthly plan

When the free day ends, the plan is $19.99 a month. It includes 750 voice minutes. You can cancel anytime from the Parents page, which opens billing, or by emailing support@talkicorn.com.

Canceling stops the next renewal. You keep the days you already paid for. We do not bill another month after you cancel. A month that has already been charged is the fee for that month of access.

Extra minutes

An optional pack is 300 more minutes for $9.99, once you choose it. It is a one-time charge, not a second subscription. The minutes are saved on the browser where you bought them.

If the same pack is charged twice, email us and we will refund the duplicate. If a payment does not go through, the extra minutes are not added.

What this purchase is

You are paying for a kid-safe educational voice friend. Talkicorn is not therapy and not a substitute for a speech-language pathologist. Canceling or a refund does not change that. The price and the trial are also described in the Terms.
